All of the beats were cooked up by DELA with classic album ingredients. Check out more DELA: dela.bandcamp.com
This album was put together using what I learned growing up during the golden era of Hip-Hop music. All songs were written and recorded with my city as the backdrop.
503 'til. began when DeShaun Jordan came thru and we recorded 'WAY IT GO.' That song was dope so we decided to record another. DeShaun always had gems for any beat I could throw at him. A handful of them ended up on this album.
As word spread about the recording sessions at my house, a lot of Salem's best came thru and put tracks down, others just chilled on the green leather couches smokin', drinkin' and bullshittin’.
Cory Kendrix, who I was a fan of after playin' his music on my old radio show 'Saturday Night Strange', hit me up and came thru for a recording session. The end result was a 503 'til. remix called 'TOP 3.’
I didn't actually believe Kid Espi when he said he was comin' thru to record a verse. It was during the time that the whole concept for 503 'til. really clicked in to focus.
DJ Krucial Kutz did his thang on 'TRIBRATE.' Kutz was the last piece of the puzzle. I had all the features I needed for the project.
Shouts to the DAY1 homie Jon Fro for helping me out with my bootleg Pro Tools le 8 mix game and also for mastering the mixtape at ROOM 4 Productions.
